MyGo2it

  • Step 1: On the MyGo2it tab, click on the Profile icon
  • Step 2: Click on Edit Profile to view and change your personal information
  • Step 3: To change your password, click on Change Password.*
  • (*Only users with Go2it accounts will be able to change their passwords. Facebook users will not have this option)
  • Step 1: On the MyGo2it tab, click on the Profile icon
  • Step 2: Click on Change Profile Picture
  • Step 3: Select either a picture from an album or upload a new picture
  • Step 1: On the MyGo2it tab, click on the Settings icon
  • Step 2: Click on Notifications
  • Step 3: Select the checkboxes based on your preference
  • Step 1: On the MyGo2it tab, click on the Settings icon
  • Step 2: Click on Album Share Settings
  • Step 3: Select the photo albums and videos you’d like to make public
  • Step 1: On the MyGo2it tab, click on the Contacts icon
  • Step 2: Click on My Contacts
  • Step 3: To import contacts from Yahoo, Gmail or AOL, select the email provider and then enter your email and password for that provider, and click on Import
  • Step 4: To add a contact manually, select Add contact and enter the contact’s name and email address
  • Step 1: On the MyGo2it tab, click on either the Pictures or Videos icon, depending on which you want to add
  • Step 2: Click on Add Album or Add Video
  • Step 3: Enter the title, the associated event/trip and choose the file(s) from your computer

Events

  • Step 1: On the Events tab, click on the Create Event icon
  • Step 2: Complete the event form (don’t forget to make it interesting)
  • Step 3: Click on the Confirm button to send email invitations and share the event with your Facebook friends or wall
  • Step 4: You’ll be given the options to add bills, pictures and videos for the event

Trips

  • Step 1: On the Trips tab, click on the Create Trip icon
  • Step 2: Complete the trip form as best as you can (you can make changes later)
  • Step 3: Click on the Continue button and you’ll be taken to the calendar dashboard
  • Step 4: Click on a day to add destinations, activities, tasks, poll questions and events to your trip
  • Step 5: Click on the Confirm button to send email invitations and share the trip with your Facebook friends
  • Step 6: You’ll be given the options to add bills, pictures and videos for the trip

Bill Share

  • Step 1: On the Bill Share tab, click on the Add Bill / Create Money Pool icon
  • Step 2: Click on Add Bill
  • Step 3: Enter the bill title, date, associated event/trip, amount*, who paid for the bill and select the people that the bill will be split with (including yourself)
  • (*If everyone in the bill owes the same amount, then click on the Fair Share checkbox. Otherwise, you can manually enter the amount each person owe)
  • Step 4: Click on the Confirm button to send email notifications to the people in the bill
  • Step 1: On the Bill Share tab, click on the Add Bill / Create Money Pool icon
  • Step 2: Click on Create Money Pool
  • Step 3: Select the event/trip the money pool is for, enter the amount* and date you’d like to collect the money by
  • (*If everyone in the pool needs to contribute the same amount, then click on the Fair Share checkbox. Otherwise, you can manually enter the amount of individuals in the pool)
  • Step 4: Select the people who will participate in the pool (including yourself)
  • Step 5: Click on the Confirm button to send email notifications to the people in the money pool
  • Step 1: On the Bill Share tab, click on the Pay Someone / Request Money icon
  • Step 2: Select a contact that you either need to pay back or request money from
  • Step 3: After selecting a contact, the amount owe is displayed and you could either repay or request payment
  • Step 1: On the Bill Share tab, click on the Report Payment Received icon
  • Step 2: Select a contact that you’ve either received payment from or paid back
  • Step 3: Enter the amount paid/received and click on the Report Payment button
